The hotel offers comfortable rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, excellent facilities, and everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the property truly stood out. What made our experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. We would especially like to thank Rihab and Najua at the reception. They went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, always greeting us with warm smiles, kindness, and exceptional professionalism. Their patience, attention, and willingness to assist with every request made a lasting impression and truly made us feel at home. Exceptional customer service like theirs is rare and deserves to be recognized. They are a great asset to the hotel and played a huge part in making our visit so memorable. “The worst! Please don’t go there. There a plenty of good hotels in tangier pleaseeeee don’t trow your money away on this so called hotel. Rooms are old and molded funky smell, everything feels and smell wet. Food is so bad and got sick, made a claim a they just put a smirk on there face and went away. Staff not friendly reception sooooo unprofessional a serious outrage and just a joke. The so called manager, biggest liar there. Doesn’t solve anything disappears when he sees a problem and hides. He claims to solve a serious problem and lies in your face. You think it’s solved and comes with an other explanation making him the victim. I will never ever in my life go there again, rather sleep outside on the streets.”

“Horrible Experience - This Hotel Doesn't Deserve Any Stars*I recently stayed there, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I checked in late at 11:00 PM, only to discover that my room wasn't ready. After a long day of travel, this was incredibly frustrating.Once I finally got into the room, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working. Given how hot and humid it was outside, the room quickly became unbearably stuffy. I went back to the front desk to ask for help—either to fix the AC or to change rooms. The staff member informed me that no other rooms were available, had no towels and that they couldn't do anything to fix the AC. This was incredibly disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star establishment.I decided to check online and found that there were still rooms available for booking. When I confronted the staff about this, they initially denied it. It took 30 minutes of arguing before they finally admitted they had other rooms and reluctantly moved me to another one.Unfortunately, the new room was just as bad, It was dirty, with hair on the floor and mold in the bathroom. The level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. I couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a 4-star hotel.This experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The lack of professionalism from the staff, the poor condition of the rooms, and the overall discomfort I experienced made this stay unbearable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the money, time, or frustration.I will never stay here again, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same terrible experience.”

“For a 5-star hotel, the stay was disappointing. The bathroom facilities were lacking – the shower did not function properly, the water pressure was very weak, and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Additionally, the toilets did not even have toilet brushes. The Wi-Fi was worse than in many hostels, especially since our room was very far away, which made the connection even weaker. There were small hairs on the bed sheets, which is not acceptable. The breakfast was okay, but for a 5-star hotel, the selection was quite limited despite the large dining area. Additionally, during check-in, the reception staff did not even inform us where the breakfast area was, which made the service feel unprofessional overall.”

“Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel I chose this hotel expecting the level of comfort and service that comes with a five-star rating, but unfortunately my stay was far from that. The room had cockroaches in the closet, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one of this category. My phone charger went missing, and there were no basic amenities like toothpaste or slippers. Overall, the experience felt careless and unhygienic, nothing close to what a 5-star standard should be. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness of their rooms.”
