A guy named Youssef did the massage and it was a mediocre massage but not a deep tissue massage as requested. We called Reda to let him know and avoid putting this review, thinking he would solve the situation or redo the massage himself another time but instead he just said sorry we didn’t like the massage.”

I was a new customer who had shaped my morning around the appointment and was cancelled on with 30 minutes to go.
