“Absolutely the best salon experience I’ve ever had — better than in Mexico or the US where I’m from! I came in with a disaster: patchy red and black box dye that I had done myself at home with grocery store dye, plus a choppy haircut from a friend who isn’t a professional. But the stylist completely transformed my hair — and honestly, it’s the best it’s ever looked after a salon visit. For just 1000 dirhams (all inclusive), he carefully bleached each section to match, then toned and dyed my hair back to a super natural light brown/dark blonde with soft highlights that look exactly like my real color. He finished with a cut and loose waves that were styled better than anything I’ve had done in a salon in the US or Mexico. The man who did my hair was a very kind stylist named Hani. He was so attentive and talented. If you’re visiting Tangier, do yourself a favor and come here. I wish I could fly back from France every time I need my hair done. That’s how perfect it was!”

“Came here today to get a wash and blow dry, was really impressed by the high level of service. My hair was done really nice 😍 and my requests were listened to. I then went on for a pedicure and was even more happier with the result. My feet feel very smooth and so does my hair. Will definitely come back! The tea and chocolate was a nice treat. Thank you”

“Hair cutting service is good, but there is only one master stylist in the place. I've been going to this salon for over a year and it's a nice spot in a good district but unfortunately they lost their very excellent manicurist and the one that replaced her is a butcher. She did a rather sloppy pedicure and the result for me is a very painful toenail on the large toe which has given me pain for 7 weeks. Also, my natural nails on my hands are very healthy and yet this woman insisted on using acrylic nails over my healthy ones and using a power tool rotary type instrument to remove them when it came to a fresh manicure. This resulted in my nails becoming weak and brittle and breaking. It took four months to grow out the bad nails before having a proper manicure again. Afterwards she still insisted on using the acrylic but soaking my nails in a strong chemical solution and then wrapping in foil to dissolve for about an hour and 15 minutes. This was to avoid the rotary tool which takes the top layer of your natural nail off. Overall a poor experience and therefore I cannot recommend this place. Customer service is lacking, you can wait forever for your hair to be dried and styled. Also impossible to get a cab when you leave, the proprietress is no help at all, with anything. And she speaks not a word of English, only Arabic and French. I think the place needs a lesson on customer service. Not arrogant, you understand, just ignorant.”

Not only was he polite, courteous and very welcoming, but he knows his colour and cuts like a true professional. I showed him a few photos of what I wanted and the result was even better than I imagined. I have now found my 'go to' hair salon when ever I'm in Tanger.
