“Very disappointed at the service, it was a guy who did me my manicure and pedicure and honestly he is not detail oriented. He doesn’t apply the Biab evenly and when I mentioned that to him he didn’t react.”

“I used to love this salon — I went there twice last year and was happy with the results, so I had made up my mind that this would be my go-to place for nails! But in September, I did a manicure and was really disappointed. The nail polish started peeling off the very next day, especially the brown parts, which clearly meant the polish was low quality. I did no housework, no hammam, nothing that could’ve caused that. I looked up the brand they used (“All Star”) and found out it’s a very cheap polish, which surprised me for a salon like this. I reached out to explain and share my feedback politely! not asking for a refund, just an apology or acknowledgment. But instead, I was blamed and told maybe I did something wrong. Since then, I’ve never received an apology. The lady who handles the appointments was not professional in how she dealt with the situation. Now I see the salon is posting nice content and offering new services, and I was willing to give it another try. But I’m being ignored on both WhatsApp and Instagram. That hurts because I used to be a loyal customer. I really hope this review reaches the owner, because good services alone are not enough — how you treat clients when things go wrong is what really shows your professionalism.”

She made me a good hair cut and brushing for my long hair and she also gave me a professional and effective first aid when I accidentally fainted (she provided chest massaging, hands, feet and head massaging, wet towels applications, cold air hair drying, bottled water and chocolate). I came back to life. I really appreciate, ma'am, thanks a lot!”
