“I am in complete shock. I planned my whole day around this appointment — booked it days ago, took a taxi, and even left my 5‑year‑old son at home because I was sure everything was confirmed. When I arrived, the administrator casually told me there was no record of my booking and that my master was sick. I asked her to make the new appointment for me, but she just brushed me off with 'not now.' No chair to sit on, no glass of water was offered. She promised to text me a new slot — guess what?? She never wrote again. I'm Russian, and I wanted a Russian technician, but this place clearly doesn't care about clients at all (maybe only about Moroccans). Horrible service. The irony? This salon hires Russian masters but refuses to actually serve Russian clients. I would give zero stars if I could, but I guess it doesn’t matter for them.”
“I had my appointment today for my lashes and was impressed by the beautiful and excellent work !! I came from Germany to tangier and don’t want to go back home because of this friendly and welcoming experience. Also the service was amazing! Thank you for having me petroushka and team ! ❤️”
“I absolutely do not recommend it. I booked an appointment 15 days in advance for lashes, manicure, and pedicure, but on the day of the appointment, she told me she forgot to write it down and gave my slot to other clients. She didn’t even apologize. Later, she found me another appointment just for a pedicure at 11. I arrived at 11, but the salon didn’t open until 11:30, and the service was very poor”
“I had a great experience at Petrouchka. Everything was very clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. The staff was kind and professional. I have been there twice and it won’t be my last visit. I definitely recommend it! 👌👌”
