“I’ve been coming to this spa for the last Eight years the ambience is very peaceful. The staff are very friendly. My favourite member of staff is Imane She Always greets me with a smile she’s so polite very helpful and is always willing to bend backwards to make you feel comfortable and happy. I had an incredible massage by a girl called Karima She was very good unprofessional and made me feel so relaxed. Fatima Zohra Does the best pedicure in Be Zen mashallah.”

“I had mixed experiences with this place. While the service itself is good, the staff seriously lack professionalism. They speak to clients as if they're colleagues, with no sense of courtesy. One staff member (tyaba) even told me to go wake up the sleeping security guard ((because I needed him to clear the stationnary area from a rock)) !!! completely inappropriate. The receptionist was equally dismissive and unwelcoming, only apologizing after the service was done. Unfortunately, the poor attitude left a lasting impression. I won’t be returning. Yes your security guard was sleeping and your Tyaba asked me to wake him up to take off the rock from the stationnary area. It was tuesday 10 am . I'm sure about your spa,it wasn't my first time. My comment is for your service .. you pay all of efforts in decorations and materiels . You just have to pay some efforts on teaching your staff how to talk to the client .. as women, we come to the spa to relax not to get stressed from people who doesn't know what they do, and why are they even there .!”

“I always come here for my brushings, manicure, pedicure and massages. They work very professional and always offer the best service. Souad does my brushings and its always perfect 10/10. You get offered tea and other drinks. They are also very flexible and try to always make time even if you come a bit later. I would recommend them to every woman. They get a 10/10 from me. Thanks ladies ❤️”
