“I booked 4 nights for my parents to recover after leaving the clinic in Fez, Turns out they had to return to the clinic for more time. I reached out to the hotel to cancel the booking, they told me the administration only works in the mornings (understandable). First thing in the Following morning, I spoke to the administration to refund the 3 extra nights, they accepted and said it would take 48 hours to process since the payment was made by card and not cash. Few hours go by, they reach out to me offering me those 3 nights for a month validity (instead of the booked dates) Basically no money return even at early hours of the day Now speaking of the facility itself; air conditioner blows air but no conditioning whatsoever, the water heater has the same capacity as a tablespoon, and the toilet is cramped against the wall like they were running out of space. Long story short; I wouldn’t spend a single extra night even if they were the ones paying ME for it. You can keep your offer to yourselves.”

“Très bien situé, accueil très professionnel appartement très propre exactement comme sur les photos par contre ne pas oublier de demander de la vaisselle si vous avez prévu de cuisiner car les cuisines sont totalement vide à votre arrivée.... Très bon séjour je vous le recommande....”
