The hygiene standards were poor, and the tools did not appear to be properly cleaned or sanitized before use. The equipment looked old and low quality, and instead of using a proper nail cleaning tool, the technician even used a broken wooden cotton swab, which felt very unprofessional. The pricing was also unreasonable and did not match what was advertised. Their Instagram states that a manicure and pedicure cost 100 MAD, yet we were charged 450 MAD for 2 manicures and 1 pedicure, with no clear explanation for the difference. I am familiar with salon prices in Morocco, and this was not good value for the quality of service provided. Overall, the service was unhygienic, unprofessional, and overpriced. I would not recommend this salon.”
