“The technician is incompetent, impolite and everything but professional. He broke the exhaust temp sensor in my car which made the cooling fan work all the time. I went back there and confronted him in private with the issue, and instead of owning his mistake and help in finding a solution, he started yelling that it wasn’t his fault and that he had nothing to do with it and just walked away !! This is nowhere near professional for a renown franchise, and this is no way to treat a client. The manager tried to intervene, but after such behavior I wanted nothing to do with them anymore.”
