Later at home, I discovered a serious bite wound — a hole in her leg that became worse, infected, and filled with fluid. I was shocked that a doctor could miss something so obvious. I felt I paid a lot of money for inadequate treatment and had to take my cat to another vet to address the real problem”

In a panic, I turned to Clinique Vétérinaire Harhoura Urgence24/24 S.O.S, which boldly claims to provide 24/7 services. However, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, when I called their emergency line, I was met with total silence. No one answered my call, which is completely unacceptable for a veterinary clinic that claims to be available around the clock. In an emergency situation, every second counts, and their lack of responsiveness put my cat's life at risk. After countless attempts, I finally went to their establishment, only to be greeted by an incredibly rude receptionist. Instead of displaying empathy or professionalism, he seemed disinterested and impatient, as if my pet's life didn't matter. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of compassion when you're dealing with a pet emergency. Furthermore, the working hours of this clinic are incredibly inconvenient. If they truly offer 24/7 services, there should be no issue reaching them at any time. Their FALSE! advertising misleads pet owners like me into believing they can rely on their services in critical situations. In summary, my experience with this clinique was nothing short of disastrous. Their unprofessionalism, lack of responsiveness, and terrible customer service left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the well-being of my beloved pet.
