“Very disappointing experience. I traveled to tetouane from another city for this appointment and left feeling unheard and upset . The receptionist was rude, and unfortunately, I found the doctor dismissive as well. I was interrupted several times while trying to explain my concern, and much of the consultation focused on topics that didn’t seem related to the reason for my visit. I expected more listening, professionalism, and communication from a specialist”

“Unfortunately, based on our experience, my wife and I do not recommend this doctor. The reception was rude and unprofessional, and the doctor herself seemed dismissive, barely listened to our concerns, and rushed the consultation in under five minutes. What was particularly concerning was that she advised my wife to lose weight mainly to make things easier for her during a potential C-section, which felt inappropriate and insensitive. To make matters worse, we were given an incorrect diagnosis, causing unnecessary stress. I’m sharing this so others can make a more informed choice.”

“One of my worst experiences. In order to get an appointment you have to go through hell. The assistant is terrible, she doesn’t know how to deal with patients or clients. I visited the doctor and I was asked to bring lots of (medical analysis) and I did, but when I tried to book an appointment with the doctor to explain the results I couldn’t get any. And only the assistant answered me with (you are fine) after sending the results via WhatsApp and reminding her every time to check it. Ps: never ever visiting her again!”

“Unfortunately, my wife and I do not recommend this clinic based on our experience. There are no proper appointments. it’s a “first come, first served” system, which means you have to clear your entire day just to be seen. What stood out even more was the poor attitude of the reception staff — they were rude, even to older women, which was very disappointing. As for the doctor, she came across as quite arrogant. She didn’t really listen to our concerns and rushed through the visit in under 5 minutes, making it feel like she was doing us a favor rather than providing care we paid for. Worse still, we were given a false diagnosis, which led us down the wrong path and caused unnecessary stress. I’m writing this to hopefully help others avoid a similar experience and to encourage seeking out a more professional and supportive alternative.”
