“I feel incredibly disappointed and taken advantage of by this salon. I paid an exorbitant amount for my nails, and it's shocking to see such inflated prices. I remember my first visit being much more reasonable. As someone who travels frequently and has experienced salons around the world, I can't help but wonder if the owner thinks we are in Europe. Why the price for a biab is 500 dirhams when cleaning alone costs 250 dirhams? And then there's an additional 100 dirhams for a French design on my hands and 50 dirhams for the feet. In all my years of getting French manicures, I've never seen a salon charge more than 50 dirhams for getting frensh design, you can check everything on the bill. This experience has left me feeling cheated. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”
“My pedicure was OK. Staff was very friendly, I waited maybe 2 minutes. The manager speaks English and French. My pedicurist paid alot of attention to getting the polish right, but there were still rough spots on my feet that she had not sanded down thoroughly. The music was annoying to me... Spanish pop music, not relaxing. Really no massage to speak of, just a light application of exfoliant. I knew to bring my own polish because they only have permanent gels. And yet it cost 25 euros... Which is high for what I experienced.”
“My experience with Hanae was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, her tone was rude and unprofessional. She showed no empathy or understanding throughout the service. Instead of calmly explaining that she was unable to complete it, she expressed her frustration in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. At one point, I simply wanted to stand up, say “thank you,” and leave. This is unacceptable, especially considering that it is the customers who pay for the service. Without customers, employees would not have a job in the first place. The attitude I experienced shows a complete lack of respect for that. If this behavior is not corrected, the business will lose clients, and eventually risk going bankrupt.”
“Bad service and communication. I didn’t understand that the price changes between summer and winte”
