“I used to be a loyal client of Tamuda Spa, but my last experience was the worst I’ve ever had. My sister and I booked an appointment together – we both called at the same time to make it clear for two people. After waiting days for this appointment, we arrived and the receptionist insisted it was only for one person. She kept repeating she was “sure” about it, basically calling us liars, which was completely unacceptable. We were ready to spend almost 1000 dh on hammam and massage, but after being treated this way we left immediately. The service has become careless, disorganized and absolutely unprofessional. Never again – not recommended at all.”
