“I had a great experience at Cabinet Vétérinaire Dr Banni Brahim. The clinic is clean, professional, and well-organized. Dr. Banni is very kind, knowledgeable, and clearly cares deeply about animals. He took the time to explain everything in detail and handled my pet with so much care and compassion. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the quick service. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality care for their pets.”
“If you want to get ripped off then by all means go to this vet, because he will do a very good job of rinsing you of your money. He charged me almost 3000 to get my cats passport made. I've later found out that other vets have charged 2200 for 2 pet passports and that included getting the animals chipped. Mine was already chipped and he still charged me an extortionate amount. He was asking me for 600 to get ONSSA papers sorted. I checked the ONSSA website and they actually only charge between 50 and 100 dirhams...this vet was making it out like he's doing me a favour by going to ONSSA and charging me this much. He will always say "The price is actually this and this, but I'm charging you this". Do Not fall for it. And always do your research and find out how much these things are meant to cost before reaching for your purse to pay them blindly. Not to be trusted. An update 8th Nov: Evil evil evil, money hungry, monsters, the lot of them! Brought my very very sick and underweight cat to this vet and he behaved in a way that can only be described as a performance. He force-fed him food through a syringe, forced water down him through a syringe, all the while acting like he is doing some very important work that only a professional vet could ever do. Checked his temp and then weighed him. Wasn't able to weight him properly so he did what he did before (I think he thinks it's very impressive) where he weighs himself while holding the cat and then just himself and then deducts the weight of the cat from that. His female helpers handled him so roughly - holding him down like he was gonna run away somewhere, when my poor baby had barely enough strength to stand up!! He then tried to sell us all kinds of things to make some extra money. The next day after this performance I found my poor baby in a pool of his own vomit taking his last breaths. I'm beyond devastated as he was the most precious to me. If they can't help you then they should just say and let you take your animal to spend their last hours with them...not try and make money while you're suffering.. They are just here to take your money, nothing else. The next day when I found him in a state no pet owner should ever have to be faced with, I took him to a vet in Martil. That vet told me that there was no way my cat was ever going to make it and that what the previous vet had done was very wrong - as in forced him to eat. That he needed a drip and that that might have helped him. This vet also charged me 200 dirhams to give me this important information and for 2 minutes of "work". Update 10th Nov Vet called complaining about my review. So let me get this right, you (vets) can treat ppl like cash machines and treat animals so badly, and we're not allowed to write honest reviews about you? I have been 100% honest in my review and I stand by every single word.”
