“Update: dude I didn't and don't lie, like I said, when the lady was counting it out with you right in front of me, I said, there should be .45 it's 2,806.45, she said yes here's the 6, I'm not going to sit there and argue over .45, but still don't appreciate it that it was taken without my consent. There's absolutely nothing I said in my review that was a lie. And since you want to call me a liar, I think you should be checking yourself, even the lady that owned the apartment didn't continue with you, she came to me privately asking how much you charged because she felt you were cheating her and was willing to rent the place cheaper to me than what you did. Said she could tell I took very good care of her place. And as I mentioned if you can read English, I said you were nice enough in the first move, it was the second move when I wasn't going through you that everything changed. Letting someone finish cleaning and turning in the keys by end of day.. Actually it was the next day.... On first move, last move you show up at 9:30ish 10am to do a walk through, and I was refused to be able to do anything else after the walk through, I had to put all my stuff outside at the very moment, I was giving no time to clean the apartment or myself, thank God the mover got there at that time or I would've been stuck outside with all my belongings, if you can say there's no difference, your the one lying! I was being as nice as I could with the review but if you want to keep going I'll put more of your dirty laundry out there! I'm not exactly sure how I feel about this place, the the owner seems nice enough, I'm not sure if it came from the owner or the guy that shows the apartments, but first one they helped me into they seemed nice, even moving out they were kind enough to let me stay long enough to clean, cause I hate leaving a dirty place. And allowed me to drop off the keys later. But once I found another place not through them they treated me like they couldn't wait to get rid of me, on the day of my move they came early went through and said I would be charged 150 for cleaning, and apparently because even though I mopped it left prints on the floor and I cooked the night before and thought I'll have time to take clean the next day so just wiped down but it left a not smooth feel to it. Even though I cleaned the curtains that looked like it hadn't been ever cleaned, the water was black by the time I was done, the vent over the stove was grimy, and the back splash was sticky dirty, I cleaned those when I first moved in, and the guy lied and said a lady came in and cleaned the nasty refrigerator when in fact it never got cleaned, I did it after being told it'd be done before I moved in, but then after I said it wasn't they wanted to send someone after I moved in, I said forget it I'll do it. They wanted to nickel and dime me but when it came to giving me my money back they shorted me .45, I know that's not much but it was mine, not theirs to take and not even ask me. I would not recommend them, though the owner seemed nice enough, all that was just a bit much!”

“The most professional real estate office ever. I just can not say enough praise of the team in this office. I almost gave up on finding a rental in Agadir after calling a few other agencies and never finding anyone remotely interested in helping me. I called this office at 4pm one day. Zainab answered the phone and made me an appointment for 11am next morninibg. At 11am I was out with an agent Yasine looking at two apartments. I found my apartment by 11:30am. The lease process was quick and efficient. In the initial inspection of the apartment by the team, Soubhi the property manager noticed a few small repairs that were needed. The next morning at 11am he sent an electrician, a plumber, and a window repair person, to fix anything I asked them to. Any issue I have, I can always stop by the office and they are very responsive and welcoming”
