“We have just had to check out of an unhygienic and unsafe apartment at Agadir Marina. The host proved herself to be untrustworthy and dishonest, making promises she did not keep. I would not use this agency - they seemed to think that filthy conditions, shattered glass cookers and sliding doors, rusty and dirt-encrusted plates and cutlery, unsafe electrics, no bedding, damp and moldy walls was of an acceptable standard. The host also stopped responding, causing us to have to engage AirBNB emergency services to resolve matter. On provision of photographic evidence of all the above, we received a full refund and checked out. DO NOT USE PACIFIC INVEST - they are liars and scammers, and caused us two very upsetting, stressful days.”
