“This place was nice, at least I didn't feel like I was bothering someone trying to get help. Though I was only there to pick up my card that their machine ate but still, I guess I can't use my new card because I haven't set the pin code, thought it'd be the one I had since the lady just handed the new one to me without saying anything but no and it's my fault since I don't speak the language here. But all and all, at least I didn't get treated like "OMG, not her again!" I look forward to going back to the US and appreciating true customer service from Chase bank”
