“I had a great experience shopping at this clothing store. The customer service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I entered. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave honest advice. I also really liked the quality and style of the products. The clothes are beautiful, well-made, and there are many great options to choose from. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and the products, and I will definitely shop here again.”
“Wonderful experience, The girls who were there helped me find exactly what I was looking for with great kindness and professionalism. The service was excellent. 👌”
“Bought my teeange son school clothes from here. Nice natural fabric and stylish. So far so good!”
“Very bad quality of textil too expensive !”
“When something is 99 or 149 expect to be charged 50 and 150 dirhams as most of the time if you don't ask them to give you that dirham back they keep it to themselves when paying, also I had a bad experience when some staff was following me around while I was just checking something that I may like and kept asking me what's my size! Staff at the paying desk laugh and talk in a very unprofessional way when not busy and most of the time I get the impression that they are talking about customers....”
“How is it possible to not let the customer choose for himself? They are recruiting childish staff who don't let you check the sizes, following you around the store and asking you not to touch anything (Ghir gouliya chnou bghiti ana n3tih lik), where are we? Who are you to tell me what or what not to do?”
