“I went there asked for the first consultation appointment, the receptionist told me that they don't give appointment for the first consultation, so I come back the next day early, and I waited about 4 hours and left. They called me 5 minutes after I left. if they treat me like this now I can expect to wait longer than this and it's not something I can afford.”
