“Lovely staff, so helpful. Breakfast was fine, small but most bases covered! Bed was comfortable and shower good. I got a super cheap deal, and would agree that it’s more three than four star, but the food available is excellent and pool area well maintained. The rest of the hotel is a bit tired, scuffed tiles, layers of peeling paint on floors and woodwork, and the spa is not a spa. You need to pay for access. There are treatments available and other than that there’s only a Hammam, and no sauna as advertised. It was pleasant enough, but broken, very dirty, tiny plastic white sliders provided (I asked for larger but they were adamant I had to wear the size 4 sandals on size 8 feet), dressing gowns yellow and frayed and the hammam itself is full of supermarket own brand products - and the plastic curtain to go in was reminiscent of entering an industrial fridge. If you’re looking for a spa hotel go elsewhere, but it was a pretty good hotel for the price. Taxis readily available outside. 10 mins to the beach, but very much on the outskirts, about £4/5 for a taxi to the marina. Same price to the Médina, which is lovely. Do confirm a price with drivers first, a couple tried to charge double. Overall fine for a few days - 4 stars because of staff and food.”

“We stayed here for a long weekend at the beginning of April and had a fantastic time. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The room itself was excellent, very spacious, with plenty of storage and plug sockets, and a great shower. If you need a hairdryer, just ask at reception, they provide a high-quality one for the duration of your stay, which was a nice touch. We also had a generous living area with lots of seating, as well as a large balcony, which we really enjoyed. One of the real highlights is the rooftop bar, a bit of a hidden gem. It has an amazing atmosphere, great music, and stunning views, especially at sunset. The drinks were excellent (including Moroccan tea), and they also offer shisha if that’s something you enjoy. The location is another big plus, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast was quite basic and would benefit from a wider selection. Also, the drinks from the poolside bar weren’t great, the cocktails and coffee, in particular, could definitely be improved. Finally, one star deducted due to service at the spa reception. The receptionist seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, which detracted from the overall experience and ended up with me seeking the service elsewhere. Overall, though, we had a great stay and would happily return.”

“Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower was decent. Choices for breakfast was limited....but the omelettes and scrambled eggs were GOOD! We ate in the restaurant once and poolside twice and the food was good....staff were friendly. We visited the roof top bar once...the cocktails were strong! The beach is less then a 10min walk away, which is lovely. Only issue was the cleaners came round late to clean the room.”

“Staff at reception were very welcoming and informative. |We were supposed to have a deluxe room but it was very basic. The bathroom needed a good clean. |The restaurant was really disorganised on our first night and we and others had to wait over 40 mins for just a main meal. Then my chicken burger was only like warm. Staff weren’t attentive or friendly.|Breakfast was limited but ok.|Pool area was good and Spa treatments were excellent for the cost!|Wasn’t really anywhere nearby for meals out so it was a taxi each time which are cheap and readily available.”
