“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Timoulay and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the reception staff, who were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The hotel, rooms, and common areas were consistently spotless and very well maintained. A special mention goes to Jawad and Abderahmane at the buffet restaurant. Their warm hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and constant smiles made a real difference to our stay. They were always attentive, helpful, and eager to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. More generally, the entire hotel staff deserves recognition. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team always went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We also greatly enjoyed the evening entertainment, which created a lively and pleasant atmosphere, as well as the pool staff, who were always welcoming, attentive, and professional. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Timoulay for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.”

“We had a lovely stay, the hotel was SPOTLESS. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at - however the cleanliness mean the hotel was constantly being cleaned which sometimes prevented napping as our room was on the the -1 floor we could hear the rooms above us being cleaned starting at 9.30. However this was our only complaint. The food was nice, breakfast was nice, the waffles/ pancakes/ omelette outside was delicious. The staff were super friendly and happy to help. The pool was lovely, fresh and clean and quiet. The bed was very squeaky when turning over sometimes the bathroom drain was a bit eggy smelling. Overall we had a 10/10 stay and would reccomend it. Also the spa was excelent, I had a firm toning massage for a very reasonable price and it was really relaxing.”

“FANTASTIC - This is an amazing small hotel, which we found faultless in every respect. I have travelled all over the world, so have much experience over the years. All staff were exceptional. The hotel is being constantly monitored and cleaned, from the pool and garden areas to the rooms and communal areas. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and service is always with a smile. You are acknowledged wherever you go by friendly people. The food is excellent, local specialities ie tagines were our favourites, there are so many vegetables available cooked and presented to perfection. There is much choice and a selection of well presented salads are always available. The bedrooms are very large and linens changed regularly. In addition to the beds, there is a large comfortable sofa and coffee table and bug balconies with chairs and loungers. |The spa in the basement area is a wonder and I just wish I had visited earlier in my stay. I had a full body massage including facial and head and also a mini pedicure, all included for just 200 DH. The masseuse immediately knew which parts of my body needed more work and adjusted accordingly. I emerged afterwards feeling rejuvenated. There are many other options available and I do suggest even just one spa visit be part of anyone’s holiday. I will certainly return.|Although it is situated out of the main area and therefore much quieter, there are always the orange petit taxis waiting outside to whisk you where you need to go. Costs are exceptionally cheap 20-40 DH, lr sometimes what you choose to pay them.|All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and will return.”

“Staff.. all helpful, friendly and efficient.|Rooms... spacious, bright, well equipped.||Cleanliness is 2nd to none, place is spotless.||Swimming pool is a good size, plenty of various places to relax, soak up the sun.||Restaurant does a good breakfast with omelette, waffles, eggs and pancakes cooked to order. |Lunch is avaliable and great value.|Only negative if you have a fussy plain eater is that the dinner is limited and some noise late from roof top restaurant nearby.”

“Absolute wonderful, small hotel. We're currently staying here to celebrate our anniversary, we made the correct choice! Every single member of staff can't do enough for you or to make you feel welcome. From Khalid the doorman to the restaurant staff to the reception desk, they all greet you with huge smiles. Food is excellent. A great selection at the buffet, the Tagine last night was delicious. There's also a small pool side bar area serving food cooked to order, the best fries I've had in years. I much prefer proper chips, but these fries are made with real potato and properly deep fried... Yummy. We're staying in room 215 which overlooks the pool. I think all the rooms ovelook the pool but rooms 214+ are on a wing that gets the evening sun and are by far the best. We used the onsite spa. Had a full hamman, full body mud mask and then full body massage... It was amazing. As a couple we paid 900MAD which worked out as £76... A bargain. And then you can just chill out in your room or by the pool! Rooms are MASSIVE and beautiful. All the stuff you would want. A hairdryer, kettle, safe. The large balconies have 2 sunbeds as well as a table and chairs. Pool is cold, but after the initial shock, absolutely fine. Pool towels are handed out at reception. They even let us take towels with us out on a day trip to the Atlas mountains. And I must say, this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They are constantly cleaning. All the glass is spotless, the rooms are immaculate. The hotel even has its own distinct fresh fragrance. We have absolutely loved our stay here and will be sad to go home tomorrow.”

“Friendly staff- huge room with a great view & nice Pool area. The Pool boy kerps everything very clean. Only problem the rooftop bar next door. It was so loud... beach is very close- taxis are everywhere- so yoiu could easily get around. Sunset from the balcony was amazing!”
