“We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help. We accidentally booked a room without a balcony, and although it was our mistake, Mohammed kindly surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to one with a balcony a few days into our stay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our holiday even more special. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of Moroccan and continental food. We especially loved the traditional Moroccan tea that was freshly poured each morning – such a lovely touch! Mohammed also kindly let us leave our luggage after check-out and even allowed us a little extra time in the room before our late flight. We’d also like to thank Issam and the rest of the team, who were always polite, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The pool area was beautiful, and we enjoyed the daily activities, including water Zumba and archery, as well as the outdoor bar. We genuinely felt looked after throughout our holiday and would happily return. Highly recommend!”

“I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, the food offered was enjoyable, and there were several leisure activities available that added value to the stay.However, there were also some drawbacks. The air conditioning in my room was not working at all, and although I reported the issue, no action was taken to fix it. This made the stay less comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room did not fully meet expectations, as the housekeeping could have been more thorough.Overall, the hotel has several strong points, but improvements in maintenance and cleaning would greatly enhance the guest experience.”

“A very nice and well designed hotel. The staff are amazing throughout the hotel. The service provided by the staff are high standards. Did not have any issues during our stay. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Very clean and modern throughout. Access to amenities was really easy within the hotel. No hidden charges or surprises. I myself have travelled to agadir many times. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Dominium Palace to the rescue! We were left stranded by EasyJet at 2 in the morning after an issue with the engine for our return flight home, and Dominium Palace took us in and made us feel like royalty. The hotel is stunning from top to bottom, the rooms and beds are so comfortable, huge bathrooms and had all the little things that make your stay so much better (coffee machine in room, AC, bathrobes, the lot). The staff were amazing, so friendly and so understanding and really did their best to help us all through a hard night. Shout out to the bell hops and reception team who were both fabulous. 100% would recommend this place if you're staying in Agadir, it is absolutely lush!”

“Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was incredibly comfortable. But what truly sets this place apart and makes it unforgettable is the people. The kindness and warmth of the staff are simply over the top. At the reception, we have to give a special mention to Ibtissam and Soulaiman, whose hospitality was exceptional. But honestly, everyone we met was wonderful: Mohammed at the pool, the gentleman at the bar (Abdullah, we think?), and the lovely cleaning ladies. Every single person was so helpful, always smiling, and showed they had a big heart. We can't wait to come back to this little piece of paradise and are already looking forward to trying the future spa. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
