“I recently stayed at Oasis Hotel & Spa (Room 207) booked through booking.com and overall it was a good budget-friendly experience, especially because of its excellent location. What I liked: ■ Perfect location, close to the beach and main attractions. ■Great breakfast with live omelette, pancakes, and paratha. ■Spectacular views from the hotel. ■Friendly and helpful staff. ■Nice swimming pool. ■The open bar is convenient and adds to the overall experience. ■ There is a convenience store few steps ahead the hotel ■ Locked Luggage storage facility is good What could be improved: ◇The spa experience was disappointing and needs significant improvement. ◇The bathroom need renovation, headboard need to be replaced ◇The bathtub had visible rust. ◇Towels should be replaced with new ones, as many were stained and torn. ◇The toilet/bathroom is quite small and feels congested. ◇ Card access get denied sometimes and need to walk down to reception to activate it again ◇ Kids are not safe with rusted bath tub. Overall: If you're looking for a budget stay in Agadir with an excellent location, beautiful views, a good pool, and a satisfying basic breakfast, Oasis Hotel & Spa is a good choice. However, don't expect luxury, and be prepared for dated bathrooms and a below-average spa experience.”
“Good location close to cable car. Communal area nice. In the rooms, some are recently renovated and great, some are poorer but awaiting renovation. Balconies and terraces would benefit from a little furniture. The pool area is great with plenty sunbeds. Snack bar food is good. Hotel evening meal is mediocre. Food isn’t hot if you don’t go as it opens. I would stay again.”
“We arrived at our room to find that both the air conditioning and the fridge were not working. We went straight to reception, but instead of helping us, we were asked to go and check another room ourselves. When we got there, the key card didn't work, so we had to return to reception again.|After going back and forth several times, we were told someone would come and have a look. A few hours later, a maintenance worker arrived but told us the air conditioning couldn't be fixed. We went back to reception hoping for another solution, but unfortunately the response wasn't very helpful. Even the manager didn't seem particularly welcoming and offered us another fan instead. Given how hot it was, this wasn't really a solution for us.|We were also disappointed with the food. There were flies around the serving area, there was no information or labels explaining what the dishes were, and the vegetarian options were very limited. As a vegetarian, it was difficult to know what I could eat. When I explained this to the staff, I didn't feel there was much effort made to help.|I've travelled to many countries and have always found hotel staff to be welcoming and eager to help. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience here, which was disappointing and affected the start of our holiday.|Thankfully, we were later moved to another hotel, where we had a much more positive experience. I hope the issues we experienced can be addressed, as they could make a big difference for future guests.”
“I arrived here with my siblings for a few nights. We managed to get early checked by the great and brilliant receptionist Aknitka I am sure that was her name. The rooms were good for the price we paid and the mattress was good the showers were excellent. The room did have a little smell on the last seemed to be coming from the gutter. The security didn't let us bring in water in to our room and said we can only bring 1 bottle at a time very odd rule I didn't understand it but apart from that they didn't get us any issues. The pool area was outstanding it was very clean and managed to a high standard 👌. They also have padel court which looked awesome. We also had breakfast included the live cooking was the best. The guy that was cooking the eggs was abit lazy because he started making the eggs raw when we come back for more. Overall I would definitely come back for the price you cant go wrong.”
“Rooms have extremely poor ac. We had to request a fan. No irons either. The place is ok for the price only due to its location to the beach. Customer service is ok, not helpful as one would expect. They have an outside pool area and bar. Also indoor restaurant. We had breakfast included. Nothing of great taste…but again you get what you pay for I guess. There’s a separate pool table area and table football. Indoor bar with sky sports.”
“A comfortable and overall enjoyable stay. It is a good property by regional standards. Its a good stay if you can secure a room on the 3rd or 4th floor with views of the oufella mountain and sea.Breakfast which was included, is not half bad. Considering you mostly only get cold conitental carbs only breakfast in most other comparable hotels. They had a simple hot omlette station, boiled eggs, local sausages, cooked veggie dish(aubergine), cheddar cheese slices, triange cheese , salad( cucumber, tomato, peppers and olives). So quite a bit of protein and fibre. Also the usual pastries, rolls, honey, jam and butter. Coffee, orange juice(not sure if freshly squeezed), coffees and moroccon tea. A fair spread of mediocre quality. Good as included with room. Definitely for the price i paid of £31 per night b&b its a fair bargain They serve a buffet dinner for 150MAD(£16) EXLC drinks, which is a viable option if youre not going out. Otherwise better options outside.”
