“A Truly Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I must say it completely exceeded my expectations. If I could rate it, it would easily be a 4.5-star experience. The entire complex is expansive and breathtakingly beautiful. The gardens are meticulously maintained and landscaped with such care that just walking around feels like a treat. The beach is equally stunning, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Our room was incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. It provided a perfect, comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. A special shout-out to the waitstaff, who were consistently kind and attentive. They were incredibly efficient, ensuring that used plates were cleared away almost immediately, which made the dining experience much more pleasant. The reception team operates flawlessly; they were professional, welcoming, and quick to resolve any queries we had. I was also deeply impressed by the lifeguards on the beach. We witnessed three rescue situations during our stay, and their response was nothing short of professional—they performed their duties "on a medal" level, giving us great peace of mind. One of the most charming aspects of the resort is the local feline community! There are several cats living on the grounds, and it is wonderful to see that they are all well-cared for, healthy, and clearly happy. If you are hesitating about booking this hotel, don’t! It is a wonderful place with a beautiful beach, top-tier service, and a fantastic atmosphere. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend it to anyone”

“Literally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I've travelled a bit. Rooms were large and very clean, our maid was exceptional, we opted for a clean every 2 days and the room was spotless, bed was always made up beautifully. Although the majority of the guests were German, the food was out of this world and catered for everyone. There was always something different. It was always fresh and appealing, the colours, flavours and textures were mouth watering. We had our favourite things ofcourse but the variety meant we could try something new every day If we wished. My dad especially liked the soups. The deserts and ice cream were also firm favourites. Fresh pasta dishes daily and fresh fruit, pastry and bread made fresh daily. The gardens were green and gorgeous and very well tended, the grounds team were always hard at work. The facilities were great if you were sporty, the gym and pools were well maintained. Aqua aerobics daily and there was always things going on. Short to the taj lunch area and humongous beach. Soo much space. We are definitely returning to this hotel and will look at other robinson hotels for future holidays. Truly enjoyed the whole 11 days. One slight bug bare was that was not much information in English so we missed out on some of the activities.”

“Very disappointed , will not come back. Let’s go through the first day…. 1. Bad experience to check in. It took a long time, didn’t feel they were welcoming us , very cold , very mechanical , then it took more than 1 h to receive ONE luggage to the room( a room without any basics , no coffee , empty fridge , no cream , a clean room but without any usual offers) 2. Went to the pool , not a single person came to ask if we were interested to have a drink , we stayed FOUR hours in the pool. The staff act as if you were their teammates on a soccer field , total disrespect , when I went to the bar to ask for drinks , I was completely ignored. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The whole crew !!! At the restaurant for diner , it was simply a desaster , bad food , overcooked meat, arrogant staff , 0 service ! That was only the first 6h …. I don’t feel this hotel deserves that I spend more time on it so I’ll stop here … I DO NOT RECOMMEND for any Moroccan , this is not the level of service and professionalism we’re used to at this price level. I can’t speak about other nationalities and their expectations, but for us Moroccans this is RIDICULOUS!”
