“We loved this Artisan souk and I recommend a visit as we passed a pleasant couple of hours meandering around the bazaar. The atmosphere is relaxed, the artists are friendly and passionate about their craft and it was a joy buying some quality products. The high point was buying well made stylish leather sandals from the friendly Yosef, beautiful smooth olive and Juniper bowls (lovely wood from wonderful trees), and honey from the lovely Sarah, all from very polite friendly souls. There was a beautiful boutique which created stylish, pretty, feminine and modest Moroccan woman’s clothes. I am impressed how the retailers can speak English to me and Spanish to my wife. This is the best of Agidir and teaches us we are all one…”
“If you are visiting Agadir and looking for an authentic local experience, this camel ride from the Kasbah to Oued Souss is a great choice. The journey combines beautiful desert-style landscapes, ocean breeze, and peaceful nature views around the Souss area. The camel ride is suitable for beginners, families, and couples, with friendly guides helping throughout the experience. The activity finishes with a traditional Moroccan BBQ in a relaxed outdoor setting, making it a perfect mix of culture, adventure, and local hospitality. Sunset time is especially recommended for the best atmosphere and photos. A memorable experience for travelers wanting to discover a different side of Agadir beyond the city center.”
“Amazing place to visit in Agadir. Kasbat Souss is full of charm, with beautiful Moroccan craftsmanship, local products, and a very authentic atmosphere. It is a great place to discover handmade items, traditional decoration, argan products, and souvenirs while supporting local artisans. The place is pleasant, colorful, and well worth visiting if you want something more authentic than a regular tourist shop. A very nice experience and definitely 5 stars”
“Great market, you get to see many of the handcraft being done. Some really great recycling / upcycling. Very little of the usual hassle of being approached. Many female run shops. Prices were very good also relative to other markets, especially Souk Al Had - go here 100 times over Al Had. Well recommended”
“We visited this small market after Agadir Medina - we took a short ~15 mins walk from there. The market/mall is not big. Quite a range of nice craft shops there. It wasn't quite busy when we visit there during lunch time hours. There is also a small cafe where we enjoyed some drinks and snacks while waiting for our taxi driver to pick up up.”
“Best Souk for Moroccan made items. Miss Aïcha Bouquet was love by my family. Cutiest bags ever!”
