They immediately started repairing our electronics problem and successfully completed the repair. Other travellers who arrived after us also received prompt assistance. Endless wait times, even though the mechanics have nothing to do, and the administration is a complete disaster. Instead, they have a security service that acts like it's guarding Morocco's gold reserves. No willingness to help, no pragmatism, for example, when it comes to arranging a tow truck. Instead, they threaten parking fines if you don't move your broken-down vehicle off the premises quickly. If you want to experience the opposite of Moroccan helpfulness and pragmatic solutions, this is the perfect place for you. We contacted Iveco Agadir based on friends' experiences, and there it was again, Moroccan hospitality! We were helped immediately, regardless of the brand. I would recommend to anyone with a Mercedes camper: ask Iveco first. They'll help you. A real shame, shame on you, Mercedes Agadir!”
