“I had a terrible experience with CTM👎, I needed to send a package from Taroudant to Agadir but the delivery service was awful from start to finish, Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but the quality of their service was poor overall. When I tried to change the name of the recipient, I had to drive all the way from Safi to Taroudant only for them to tell me they couldn't make the change at any of their local offices. The lack of flexibility and unhelpful attitude from their staff made the whole situation incredibly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend using CTM👎 for deliveries, as they are unreliable and provide poor customer service”
