“We went for 1hr hamman + 1hr extra massage. There is no change room (lockers) provided, they put your clothes into bag and take with you into wet hammam room. In hammam room ladies talk way too much each other, someone is opening the door giving her phone, 1 of them is leaving the room, going dooing her business, leaving you alone, there is not much relaxx and peace during this session. There was too much chaos. There was no clay, there was no silk bag (which is used for the massage with African soap in foam). After that no towel was provided, my wife left the room with wet hair, corridor was dark & cold (there is no heating-around 15 °C). My wife is professional masseuse, we know the business.
We were led into a cold room, the girls were dressed and they brought a heater. We were not covered with towels. Wife was uncovered and without underwear. Everything was exposed. It was completely devoid of client comfort. Folks you take money for service!
The girls weren't masseuses. They rubbed us with oil like a baby after a bath.
No Moroccan tea was privided.
Reading other negative opinions I see the truth.

“I had a wonderful time at this place. Excellent customer service from the lady at the desk to the two girls that did my massage and Hammam. If I spelt the names wrong, please forgive me. Eman & Iqbal, I believe. Both girls were fantastic. I will diffinetly visit again when in Agadir.”

“Worst experience in Agadir. They magically do a 2 hr massage and hammam session in one hour. The person doing the hammam was in a very bad mood from the beginning. Veryyyy poor customer service. They take your money and not give you what you paid for. That is why they ask for payment upfront. The hammam room is very small like a jail. ....”
