“⸻ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Gray Casablanca. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine warmth. The hotel is elegant, modern, and very well maintained, with spacious and beautifully designed rooms that offer both comfort and style. What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Every staff member was attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Alami, the manager, for his kindness and dedication — his leadership clearly reflects in the quality of service throughout the hotel. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is calm, refined, and perfect whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.”
“The hotel is dated from the outside as well as the inside. It's apparent as soon as you walk into the small lobby. We got our room right away but it wasn't a room, it was a suite! Very spacious with a living room, a kitchenette,a bedroom and a bathroom of course. The furniture looks old and dated. I tried turning the TV on but there was no signal so just streaming. The safe was locked so we had to call the reception to get it opened. Someone came right away. The hotel has a very depressing atmosphere. I'm not sure if I would book this hotel. The AC doesn't work that well at all. My guess is that they don't start the AC in this region until later on the year to save energy. We would have opened the windows but it was quite loud outside so that was not a good option.”
“The general feel is that not a penny has been invested to maintaint the room: socket are half broken, tv is vaguely working, safe not working, you have a coffee machin but no coffee , room service /bar operate only at very very specific time. So if you fancy something as simple as soda or a bottle of water after 8 pm that not possible. BUT the major problem is that the room are not clean!!!!!!! Just avoid the place”
“It is 1 star hotel by European standards. The staff are generally nice but the condition of the room and the bathroom is pretty bad. The spa is very bad no concept of mens and women's section. Don't recommend anyone”
“On the 4.9.25 myself and a friend booked a massage at Wellness Gray after a long flight from NZ. I have sent to messages to complain about inappropriate and disrespectful behaviour during my massage. I have had no response. During the massage the woman giggled my breasts and laughed. She also came too close for comfort to my pubic area when massaging the top of my legs, and my friend massaged separately had the same experience. The whole massage was the most unrelaxed I have ever had. I would not recommend having a massage here.”
“Great area, walk distance from all amenities, shoppings, coffees, restaurants and bars. Good service. The only thing is bad there is no view… you open windows to balcony to another window or balcony. But location is great.”
