“Very poor service and zero sense of luxury hospitality. No smile, no warmth, and no professional conduct. The sales assistant approached me asking what I was interested in. I was clear I want missika . She noticed the Messika necklace I was wearing and asked, “Are you already a client?” I replied yes, but that I purchase my Messika jewelry in Europe, not in Morocco. When I took out my phone to photograph a necklace I was considering, she abruptly stopped me, saying that photos are not allowed in the store. This response reflects a clear lack of understanding of luxury retail standards. In any reputable luxury boutique, clients are welcome to try pieces, take photos, and explore collections comfortably including private collections when appropriate. Proper service means inviting the client to sit, presenting the collection professionally, and offering a refreshment never policing or questioning them. Overall a disappointing experience that does not reflect the level expected from a luxury store”
