“A very nice hotel with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet has a good and varied choice of hot and cold food, plus the option to have an omelette made to order. The bar food and tapas are excellent. A short walk to the city walls and everything the old city has to offer, plus not far from the modern malls. The spa gives first rate Hammam scrubs and massages that help unwind after travelling. Definitely a hotel to thoroughly enjoy.”

“I stayed there at the beginning of the month and had a really wonderful experience. The hotel has a very beautiful ambiance, everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast was especially excellent with a great selection and very good quality. A special thanks goes to Tarik, who was extremely attentive and always made sure that we had everything we needed and wanted. His friendly and professional service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the stay was truly lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Dellarosa was a genuinely lovely place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good and generous. The pool area is a nice spot, and you can order drinks and snacks by the pool which is wonderfull! The hotel also has a nice rooftop area with nice views of the city. The location works very well. Most places worth visiting are within walking distance. Overall a very enjoyable stay and somewhere we would happily return to! Next time I want to visit the spa, this time I didn't have the time🩷”

“Great location. 15 minute walk to the main square or 5 mins in a taxi. Friendly staff from start to finish. ||Fatima (housekeeper) was honestly amazing. She would be one of the reasons I came back. Every day she greated us with a smile (and fresh towels) spent time to see if we needed anything. When my other half was ill she was helpful in telling us what to ask for at the pharmacy. ||The breakfast was nice and we eat at the hotel 2 nights and both the international Buffett and the traditional Moroccan food were both superb. ||We got upgraded to the Dellarosa Suite which was a lovely surprise ||Can’t wait to come back.”

The food was rich, delicious, and full of variety.||Although I didn’t get the names of all the kitchen staff, they all deserve a big hug for the incredible job they do. “The front desk service is very poor. Staff will promise everything but won’t do anything! We just requested for one more key card but there isn’t any after 3 consecutive days stay. The sleepers are only given on the second day after requesting again and again! The buffet breakfast on trip.com was just around Euro 6 , but the front desk staff will ask for MAD200. The other ask for MAD150. It’s so ridiculous! Would booked again and not not not recommended!!”
