“What an absolute gem. We decided for this hotel as it was strongly recommended to us by clise friends, and Jnane Rumi iturned out to be the highlight of our entire week in Marrakech! The staff, without a doubt, were the best we encountered during our whole trip. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived and at every moment the service was exceptional from start to finish. One day we had lunch in their “pink room”, a beautiful and private space in their restaurant overlooking the pool and gardens. The food was exquisite, every dish was full of flavor and care. The selection of wines is fabulos too. We tried several Moroccan wines that we will honestly never forget. The gardens are stunning, full of old palm trees and quiet corners to relax in. The set up for weddings or special events look like they can host 100+ guests and we cannot wait to get married again… this time at Jnane Rumi. The pool and pool area are gorgeous, and the hotel’s interior design is something special. They have managed to mix the old with the new, and the local with the international, in a way that feels effortless and full of soul. If you are looking for somewhere truly memorable in Marrakech, this is it. We cannot wait to come back.”

“Wow what a place! I think this must be the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed in. The garden, the variety of designs in the rooms and common areas, the attention to detail, the food and the absolute wonderful staff, it was a dream! To top it all off we had a wedding at the venue and it was nothing short of a fairytale. They made use of the entire garden of the hotel, having different festivities in different parts of the gorgeous garden, so it felt like we were truly emerged in the space. The night ended with a garden full of 1001!! candles, truly magical!”

“We stayed at Jnane Rumi for 3 nights while attending a wedding in Marrakech and genuinely loved every minute of it. We were pretty busy with wedding events during the trip, so we didn’t get nearly enough time to properly enjoy everything the hotel has to offer, which just gives us another reason to come back! What made Jnane Rumi feel so special was how peaceful and personal it felt from the moment we arrived. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and each room is completely unique with so much character and charm. The whole place feels calm, stylish, and thoughtfully curated, making it the perfect escape from the energy of Marrakech. The food also deserves a special mention because everything we ate was delicious. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and full of amazing flavours. Even with our packed schedule, we always looked forward to coming back to the hotel for a relaxed meal because the food was consistently so good. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, and a special thank you to Mohammad who took such great care of us throughout our stay. We’re already talking about coming back and next time we definitely want to stay longer so we can properly enjoy the hotel and finally try the spa!”

“A must see hotel! Jnane Rumi sits in the Palmeraie, just a short drive from the medina but a world away from the noise. It is an old riad that has been beautifully restored, built around a water feature with century old palm trees all around. The rooms (around 12 I counted) have their own color and character, with handmade tilework and lovely little terraces. The pool and gardens are stunning, and the whole place feels peaceful and private. One of the most special spots we found in Marrakech. Special shout out to the team!”

“My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Jnane Rumi. We visited from Edinburgh and it was our first time in Marrakesh. Jnane Rumi was really the highlight of our trip - it's the most beautiful, dreamy place full of art and thoughtful design. The service and environment is exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is immaculate and we were so well looked after by everyone who made sure we were comfortable at all times. We also had the best food of our trip at the hotel - our favourite memories are eating breakfast by the fire. The hotel was recommended by a friend so we hadn't checked the reviews and were so surprised to discover negative feedback on Google. Honestly just go, you won't be disappointed, it's really a paradise. If we visit Marrakesh again we won't stay anywhere else!”
