“The hotel staff offered to do laundry in the beginning because there was no laundry shop nearby, no laundry space in the hotel and it was very cold to do laundry by hand,, but other staff started to tell me something different. finally a woman in the owner's family told to cleaning stuff not to do laundry for me after making me wait for a week.. they are disorganised, just made me confuse and disturbed me in the end”

“Two stars because the room had a nasty smell, which I realised after a while was coming from the plumbing in the toilet /shower. If I'd sussed it out earlier I would've improvised some plugs. Cold outside, but room not too bad. Close to centre of the town but not too noisy. Reception so-so. Not very warm. Garage for my motorbike. Price not too high but I think overpriced as room a bit shabby. I'll try another place first, if I'm in town again.”

“The price of the hotel comparing to its quality is a bit expensive, the room is fine, the bathroom is not that great. The view from the window was decent. For the breakfast, they told us to go to a cafe under the hotel, we didn't what to order because there was no menu, but it wasn't that big of a meal. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable”

“+ Location is perfect. Right next to transportation and walking distance centre ville/markets, etc. Would recommend this place if you're arriving in Azrou late and you need a bed. - Facilities are basic. Rates are high for what you get. Breakfast is basic. Rooms and beds are not particularly clean. If possible, walk further and choose one of the other small hotels/hostels in center ville. They're a much better deal.”

“We didn't stay because we realized there was no hot water. The person in charge of the hotel kindly arranged space to store the motorcycles.”
