“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Auzia is the best rental car company I've experienced in Morocco. From the first message, they responded quickly, gave fair and transparent rates, and never tried to add extra charges because I was a foreigner which unfortunately is not always the case elsewhere. The entire process was straightforward and professional. They delivered the car directly to our location in Beni Mellal and picked it up quickly and on time. Another big advantage is that they accept credit and bank cards, making payment simple and convenient. Everything was clear, direct, and honest from start to finish. My only complaint is that I wish they operated outside of Beni Mellal because I would gladly use them everywhere I travel in Morocco. Highly recommended.”

“I am very satisfied with the service at Auzia Car. The vehicle lived up to all expectations and was in a very good condition. The return process went completely smoothly. Although the car was quite dirty inside and out after our trip, the staff member was very accommodating and didn’t complain at all (however, we returned it without any damage). We also had some technical problems with the refund of the security deposit, but the team remained calm, professional, and helpful throughout. They solved the issue efficiently by canceling the transaction from their side. I would definitely use their service again at any time!”

“Customer service is very poor, and the staff lack basic professionalism and courtesy. I have rented cars from different companies before, and I have never had such a terrible experience. I would like the owner to take this review seriously. When a customer asks for a contact number to call, a professional service should provide it without unnecessary questioning. Secondly, when a customer asks for a discount—especially for a longer rental period, like 20 days—it should be considered more respectfully. Simply refusing without any flexibility is not acceptable. As a tourist, I do not recommend this service.”
