“As a tourist, this is by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. All the food we received was cold. We ordered a meal for two, but one of the drinks was only half full. All of our fries — three portions — were completely cold, and there was barely any cheese. We were not even given any ketchup. Every time we went to the counter to ask how long it would take, we were told to sit down and that someone would bring the food to us. However, we ended up waiting a full 54 minutes before finally receiving our order，54 minutes!!!??? As a foreign visitor who has traveled to many countries, this is the worst dining experience I have ever encountered！！！”
