Villa Tizra : Guest House Luxury

“- Good size villa for big group - No air condition or fan in the sitting room / main hall - Road to villa is full of pot holes for approximately 2km. If exceed more than 20km/hr it destroys tyres and buckle the rim - No designated area to store the rubbish/bin - Guests are expected to carry the rubbish to nearest dump yard (8km form the Villa) to throw the bin - Cleaning isn't included in the Villa booking, it is separate and $30 per room per day - Since cleaning wasn’t done and no designated bin area the rubbish speeded when the animals tore the bin bag. Host son made racist comment due to this. - Bedsheet and Towels are not changed every day, expected to use one set per person for your duration - There were cockroach in the villa - Extra mattress is chargeable although not mentioned anywhere in the advert ○ We agreed two extra mattress and confirmed total amount to be £3700 but on the last day we were requested to pay for the extra mattress - One room Air Conditioning was broken and for another room it wasn’t cooling the room properly ○ £60 was refunded for four nights stay (total cost for 10 bedroom was £3700) - Host is unable to provide customer service and try to find ways to charge extra. e.g. cleaning service and extra mattress etc - Swimming pool isn't full size and is for kids only - Swimming pool wasn’t clean. It wasn’t cleaned regularly - Site isn't fully checked before host arrival ○ Remote control for Air Condition was missing ○ Air Condition wasn’t functional ○ Some bedsheet and towels were not in the room so had to request ○ Not all the rooms had shampoo and shower gel which is included in the total price ○ Room did not have key on arrival, it was provided after multiple request after few days - Host (Mohammad) was rude and unprofessional. He confirmed in conversation he is not mentally stable (after he fell down taking out mattress) and to deal with his son - We had bad experience and one of the kid wrote on wall BAD VILLA, the host son message with abuse and racist comment Wont recommend this VILLA”

“We had the most wonderful stay at this villa with 5 families (25 persons)! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly hospitable and flexible, making us feel right at home. The food was a highlight – both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, prepared with so much care. And the villa itself… wow! It’s already gorgeous in the photos, but in reality it’s even more beautiful, spacious, and charming. Every corner had something special, and it was perfect for a big group like ours. We left with full hearts and so many happy memories — can’t wait to come back! A very special thanks to Mr. B and his team for making our stay unforgettable”

“This has been one of my favorite stays so far, the property is huge and full of green and trees which gives you a great sense of relaxation and serenity, the villa itself and the rooms or suites have a sense of luxury, super clean and comfy. The Hosts are highly welcoming and super kind and helpful, and give you all the privacy you need. Finaly, the food is one of the most delicious I've ever had, the cook there is tremendously skilled and can't wait to eat there again. Highly recommended!!”

“I wanted to share a few points about the establishment: the road leading to it is in very bad condition, taking about 15 minutes of rough driving. The pool is too small and not suitable for adults to swim in. Additionally, the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the rooms and is very slow.”

“The place is just amazing. I have experienced a peace and quiet that I haven't enjoyed in years. The view is panoramical. The property itself is vast,clean,green,kids friendly as in safe and secured. The hosts are super welcoming and kind, they make you feel at home and give you all the privacy you need. Let's not forget how yummy the food is. The tajines are just the best, they have such a talented cook in place. I wish them all the best and of course we will be coming back more often inchallah.”
