“I had a nice experience with Dr. Karmen she is from now on my new favorite dentist. From the moment I walked in the front desk Asma was warm and welcoming. My appointment started right on time that was a nice surprise because most of the dentists in Berkane from my experience don't really work with appointments. All the dental treatments by Karmen went smoothly she was very patient with me and incredibly gentle. My cleaning and treatment of cavities was 100% pain-free. She also explained my future treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Also, I brought my old father, with a big dental fear and cavities, for a check. They both did a great job. Dr. Fethi and Dr Karmen were very patient, explaining everything to the old man , masahallah. The office btw is using a modern 3D full scanner and it's spotlessly clean. “I went for a hygiene clean, something I regularly get in the UK. Everything started off as normal, but then the hygienist brought out what looked like a razor on a plastic handle and started using it between my two front teeth. It was very uncomfortable, and politely mentioned that I had never had this done with my hygienist before. She told me that my dentist had been doing it wrong and that this was a normal treatment. It felt as if she was creating a gap between my teeth. I politely asked her to stop. Instead, she became agitated and started ranting, which was unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this from a certified person before. I felt like she was projecting her insecurities onto me and it made me very uncomfortable. In response to her unprofessional and dishonest response. I done a google search and chose to get my hygiene clean here. I am shocked at the unprofessional behavior of the dentist and the dishonesty. I was happy with the procedure until she declined my request on TWO occasions not to use the razor. It goes to show how delusional and unhinged this doctor is because there were no such thing as several attempts to chizzle my two front teeth. I went in for a hygiene clean and came out bewildered. Despite my repeated request, the dentist disregarded my wishes and became aggressive, even shouting at me. I was willing to pay for the procedure because i was happy with everything the dentist asked me to leave without payment. This behaviur was concerning nt something I have never experienced in my entire life”
