Nothing major, but we did end up waiting longer than we expected. Still, the staff was polite and the atmosphere was nice, so we didn’t mind too much. I’d definitely come back, especially for the food.”

“One of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in Berkane. Despite being told the food would be ready shortly, we waited over an hour with family and this wasn’t a one time issue. It happened again on a separate visit, showing a clear lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. The food itself is average at best, certainly not worth the wait. The environment also felt unprofessional, with inappropriately dressed staff near the cashier, and even the air conditioning seemed like a cost-saving afterthought, set to Eco mode and barely reaching the dining area. Overall, not worth the visit. 2/10”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was unprofessional, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. There was a bald man possibly the owner who treated us in a very rude and disrespectful way. I don’t know how he runs a business with that kind of attitude. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”
