The so-called manager openly refused to speak with me because I’m a woman — repeating, “I don’t talk to women.” In what world is this acceptable, especially under the Mercedes-Benz name? Calls were ignored, follow-ups went nowhere, and there was zero accountability. The level of disrespect and discrimination I experienced is beyond comprehension — both as a paying customer and as an American woman. Mercedes-Benz should be ashamed to have representatives behaving like this. I strongly urge corporate headquarters to investigate and take action before more customers are treated this way.”
