“Terrible director of the office, Ms. Loubna. She couldn't solve such a simple issue. Getting a PIN code took me 2 weeks. Was yelling at me as crazy that I confused my phone provider, and it was my fault. I have never seen such an attitude to a client in the bank, especially from a director. In the end, some other staff was helping me, thanks to them. I don't understand what she is doing in such a position in the bank.”
