“Honestly, the worst croissant I’ve ever had. It was soggy, crammed, and just overall unpleasant. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is so highly rated. To make things worse, one of the staff members was extremely rude — she even used the F word right in front of customers. I’m not sure if that’s common in Casablanca, but I’d assume basic professionalism would mean not swearing at work. That said, the other staff members were kind, which is the only positive thing I can mention”

“If I could give 0 stars, no -2 stars I would. This was by far the absolute worst pastries I have ever tasted. I ordered one Eclair café & one Eclair caramel beurre salé, they both tasted like pure sugar and nothing more. The pastry was clearly not fresh and the prices are very expensive especially for what it is!!! I am so surprised how so many people gave a positive review of this place. I sincerely hope they review their prices and recipes.”

My wife subsequently returned to the establishment to lodge a complaint, at which point the owner's response was unprofessional, disrespectful, and included shouting.”
