“i was extremely disappointed with my experience. i visited the bakery one day before eid al-fitr to order 30 pieces of white bread for the next day. the young cashier (man) assured me that pre-ordering was unnecessary, as all types of bread would be available on eid day. however, when i returned on eid day right after salat, i was shocked to find that there was no white bread available at all. they had only a small quantity of bread left (semolina and sugar-free), which was quite disappointing given the occasion. on top of that, the quality of the bread was not that good. it's important that businesses do not make promises they cannot keep.”
