“I was very disappointed with what I received. I ordered three trays, and both the presentation and quantity were inconsistent. Some rows had only 4 pieces, others had 6, and a few had 8. If I’m paying for trays of cookies, they should be filled properly and consistently. Every row should contain the same number of pieces, whether that’s 8, 10, or whatever the standard is supposed to be. It’s disappointing to trust a business and then receive trays that appear incomplete. I feel like I wasted my money, and my biggest mistake was ordering from here in the first place. What made the experience even more frustrating was that one of the trays I paid for as an almond tray was not filled entirely with almonds. Instead, it was mixed with dates and peanuts. Since almonds are priced higher than dates and peanuts, I do not believe the tray should have been sold at the full almond-tray price. Customers should receive exactly what they paid for. I honestly do not understand where all the positive reviews are coming from because my experience was completely different. This experience has taught me not to rely too heavily on online reviews or Instagram comments when deciding where to place an order. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.”

“I traveled and forgot the little traditional Moroccan pastries as gifts, so I ordered some from Merry Prestige. I can never praise enough the dedication, the customer service or the quality of service of Merry Prestige. Ladies and Gentlmen you are one of a kind. My order took a little more than expected to arrive but Gooooood ! they kept calling me updating me on the situation and expected arrival. They did an amazing job with the shipping company. I swear I had never seen this customer service level in Morocco before it is comparable to what I experienced in the US and Canada ! this is amazing !!! Let alone the quality of the pastries and cookies ! OMG please just go for a bite you will not regret it. I loooove their caramel beurre salé their Rafaello and the traditional sweets "à tomber" ... hhhh marvelously delicious One other thing my order got lost for a moment and guess what it arrived safe and sound not a single pastry was broken or damaged ... TOLD YOU ... YOU GUYS ARE PROFESSIONALS One can feel when work is done with passion and love ... To the manager : you did a great job. Your team is the best one of a kind. Special thanks to Ms. Samira the loveliest and most patient person on earth 🥰 Thank you madam for all your efforts. Thank you so much this was not thr first time I order and it will inchaAllah for sure not be the last time I order from Merrry prestige. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
