“I placed an order on May 1st, the first day of the sale. I received an order confirmation email and then waited nearly 20 days without any updates. I eventually reached out to the MiazJewels team, and I was told someone would check on my order and get back to me the following morning. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. When I contacted them again i was simply informed that the package had been returned by the delivery company. I then asked, “So my order is basically cancelled, right?” As of today, July 19, I still haven’t received a response. What I don’t understand is why I was never notified that my package had been returned. Had I been informed earlier, I could have taken action or placed another order. Additionally, your website states, “Vous recevrez un e-mail lorsque votre commande sera prête.” However, I never received any email regarding my order, nor did I receive any call or delivery attempt from the courier. The lack of communication throughout this entire process is what makes this experience particularly frustrating and disappointing. Better communication with customers would have made a significant difference.”

“Hello ! I normally do not put or write any bad reviews. I mostly keep them to myself but this time I couldn’t really stop thinking about it. I payed 1300dh for 7 new ear piercings and I added a new one which means 8. They become black in not even 1 month. I bought cheap ones after that, I took shower with it and its still the same, stainless steel do not oxidize just like that in a short period at least. I was really disappointed with that experience. It is okay to sell your products but at least minimize the prices, because they really do not deserve that much. Good luck”

“Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the hype at all. I paid 350 dh for a stainless steel bracelet with very limited design options. It’s basically a simple thread, not gold or anything valuable. I regret not asking for the price beforehand if I had, I wouldn’t have done it. The most I’d personally pay for something like this is 80 dhDefinitely overpriced for what it is”

À ce prix-là, on s'attend à un bijou de grande qualité et à une prestation exceptionnelle, ce qui est loin d'être le cas. Le manque de transparence sur les tarifs est inacceptable et j'ai clairement eu le sentiment d'être trompée. Je conseille vivement aux futurs clients de demander le détail exact des prix avant de se lancer afin d'éviter les mauvaises surprises.”
