“I visited Morocco for the first time and was really enjoying the experience—until yesterday, when my Samsung S22 Ultra (green) was stolen in Casablanca while I was buying juice, just a day before I was due to leave. The last tracking location pointed to a shop called "Jawhara Phone Market", which makes me think that many of the cheap phones sold there are likely repaired using parts from stolen devices—especially since it’s not so easy these days to use someone else’s stolen phone as it is. Be mindful I ended up spending the day at the police station to get a report for my insurance. I must say, the officers were very helpful. At first, they explained that in Morocco it usually takes two days to issue an official report, but when I told them I was leaving the country the next day, they processed everything in just a couple of hours and gave me the crime reference document. Sad part is, these poor officers were working without even a fan in the station. Hats off”

“Well , I have had my worst experience ever with these people and their customer service agents who were so mean and unprofessional. I had to keep asking about the laptop each day and they don't respond. They were only focused when it was time to receive their money , but after that I had to struggle to get the laptop and it was my friend who had to travel to Agadir to bring it to me . Even though they said they will deliver it to my place . It was such an embarrassing moment for me to ask everyday why the laptop isn't here yet and then I get irrelevant and lying responses . What was even more crazy is they didn't tell me the stock was finished and they gave me a cheaper laptop than the one I have ordered. Briefly zero customer service and you have to fight to get what you have paid for!”
