“I visited SAV of Oppo for a problem on my phone last time, I explain my problem to the concerned person and he was a good listener he ask me some question to make sure that he really understand what was the problem in the phone and also asked me how many times that the malfunction it happened, and he tell me to go next day. I retuned to take my phone, the same person explain me what was the matter and give me my phone as new one. I appreciate the Warm welcome and the smile of the person. The place of the SAV is perfect, in the center of the town, near of the tram station of Anoual and also station of Abdelmoumen.”

“very bad service, the girl in the reception is not profetioanal at all, we were 8 Men waiting in the entrance hall while she were in the back office taking launch at 16.30. the other day i came she let me wait while she was engaged in a personal conversation and laughing loud with one of their technicians. also on the phone when i called they are really not profetional. moreover, i had a problem of sim card, and i was told that theire is a corosion on the phone and its not withing guaranty coverage.”
