“Extremely disappointing experience. It was my first time at this restaurant, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with rudeness by the receptionist even though the place was completely empty. I mentioned that I had called three times to make a reservation (with no answer), and she was very unaccommodating. I arrived early and she pressured me into choosing between upstairs or downstairs seating, even though I told her I was waiting for my friends. She insisted I call them on the spot to decide, which felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable. When my friends arrived and wanted to sit downstairs, she suddenly claimed it was “fully reserved” which was clearly not true, as the restaurant was still mostly empty. Only after insisting did she “magically” find a table for us. Once seated, she made a strange comment like, “I don’t need to check IDs, right?”—we're 25 and clearly adults—but we smiled and took it as a compliment. Yet just minutes later, she sent over a security guard to check our IDs in a very unprofessional and abrupt manner. Three of us planned to eat and two just wanted drinks (which we told her upfront and were told was okay). While we waited for our fifth friend to arrive, we were repeatedly pressured by the waiters to place our order. As soon as our friend arrived, we were suddenly told that if everyone didn’t order food, we’d have to move upstairs. At that point, we chose to leave. The staff made no effort to apologize and even spoke rudely in front of us. We felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. This is not how you treat paying customers. I will not be coming back, and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. RUN RUN RUN”
“Really enjoyed this restaurant, it’s French food, and they have a nice selection of wines, I went for a Chablis. Wide selection of beef dishes, and the desert was ok. Should be on the try list definitely. Opens after 6pm so take note, and there’s smoking at the bar fyi.”
“Good food, great service, fantastic entertainment!”
“Refined cuisine, an exceptional team, and a vibrant atmosphere. Special thanks to Yassine for his outstanding management and warm hospitality. Kimmy’s never disappoints. Recommend ✨✨”
“Very cool atmosphere and decor. The service was pretty good and the staff very friendly. It was the perfect place to watch the works cup. Drinks are pretty expensive, but within the norms for the area. We were not that hungry, so we just ordered a cheese board, and it was actually really good. I definitely recommend it.”
“The receptionist was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Thank you ASMAA for making our visit so enjoyable!”
