“This was a great hotel on my trip through Casablanca, Morocco. Outstanding service and did everything with no hesitation to meet your expectations. Real nice rooms with a lot of amenities. If you're looking fur a hitel with a lot yo offer. This is the place. 5 stars!!!”

“I would use the word "Disappointing" to sum up my room here. And when I say room, it was the presidential suite.... It was a massive unit, seperate bedroom, 2 balconies and a kitchen area. However, absolutely no toiletries in the bathroom, except a cheap smelling liquid load in an industrial dispenser. No cutlery at all in the kitchen. The sliding door on the balcony to the living room did not lock. There was no power to any of the plug sockets in the bedroom so I had to charge my phone overnight in another room, which isn't great when that's you alarm clock. No bedside lamps in the bedroom, so you are blinded by football stadium bright spotlights, or you are in pitch black. I would have taken the free standing lamp from the living room into the bedroom if the power sockets had worked. The TV in the living room didn't even switch on. This suite could be really lovely and deserving of its name with a little bit of care. All staff I came into contact with were really nice, and its in a nice location for the corniche and several food places.”

“Very nice physical plant but high-end amenity touches are missing. The location is excellent. It is on the cornice about 3/4 of a mile from the blue mosque. There was no hairdryer in the room so I had to call down to the desk to get one. No ice machine anywhere And the bellhop had to run out to a supermarket to get some ice. There was no shampoo or any other toiletries in the bathroom that being said, we stayed in what they call the presidential suite which was really a small apartment. The breakfast was delicious and plenty full.”

“The one good thing is an incredible location The room was awful - the bath and shelves were broken, there was a someone’s shoe print on the table. The view could also be better”

“Nice place 5 minutes from Hassan Mosque. Big bedroom, living room, kitchen, nice breakfast in the morning. In the kitchen should be more things, only two glasses and plates is not enough even to have small dinner in the room.”
