“The listing is currently misleading. I called from outside Morocco and received vague, contradictory information about availability. After arriving in Casablanca, I visited the property in person. The location is good, about 400 meters from the tram, and the exterior looks promising. However, the hotel is still under construction and not yet operational. I am leaving a 1-star rating because this status is not clearly disclosed. Management should state explicitly that the hotel is not open, indicate a projected opening or soft-launch timeline, and ensure staff provide accurate information. I would consider staying here once it officially opens, assuming it meets Eurostars standards.”
