“I have stayed in this hotel multiple times in the last 12 months, and, altough the public area could do with some maintenance and repair and the breakfast is not super, the well accomodated rooms, friendly staff and location, used to make up for that. However my recent experience (end of February 2026) was horrible. I have stayed in hotels during Ramadan before and for guests the service was always available. Apparently this is not the case in the Villa Blanca. Upon arrival on Wednesday late evening, I was informed that breakfast would be served in the room, and would be a fixed plate (no other choice): eggs, pan cake, 2 rolls, 2 croissants, yoghurt, coffee and juice. More than sufficient, but eating this 3 mornings in a row, without having another option might not be for everyone. Arriving back in the room in the evening of Thursday, after a day in the warehouse in the port, I asked at what time the hotel restaurants would open (after Iftar), and was simply told that all restaurants were closed. When asking about room service for dinner instead I was informed that there was no room service for dinner and I should find something to eat outside the hotel. That, plus the fact that each morning I had to call reception to remind them of the breakfast I ordered and was not delivered on time (travelling for business means you have a schedule to keep), makes me conclude this was a bad B&B at best, this time. The problem is that they do not mention the reduced (almost non-existing) service at the time of booking. They pretend everything to be business as ussual, and will charge you their ussual 5 star rate for your accomocation. Conclusion: this was a rip-off, steeling money with Ramadan as excuse. Totally unacceptable!!!!”
“Been to the cafe, the lounge and the restaurant, never slept there. Le Relais is amazing, great service and good food. But the coffee? Only from Capsules??? Come on! The Lounge: everything was amazing! Great vibe. Amazing Service people. Wonderful music under the sky. Food/drinks were all great! The cafe: Amazing location, great view, very clean. Wish the coffee were better, and the food not so expensive (for what it is!). Worst part? The usual gamesmanship of so many establishments: “place is full” spoken by the bouncer (at a coffeeshop?!?!) when so many tables are free, while the staff is slowly walking around. All this on a Sunday afternoon! Ridiculous.”
“Amazing staff and Excellent location”
“The main areas of the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The first room they gave us was covered with mold. We immediately called the Front Desk and the man who came up, said that it was normal and it was because of the rain, but we requested a new room which they gave us. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The only problem with the room was that the shower drain wasn’t working properly so we would have to turn the shower off to allow time to drain. The nightclub is extremely loud but we attended the nightclub and we had a great time! It’s definitely not somewhere you wanna go if you want to get a relaxing night sleep. The café downstairs is absolutely delicious. We attended breakfast there. I also think that the location is wonderful. There’s a lot to do within walking distance. The staff was very helpful with our bags And the parking is on the main street in front of the hotel.”
“Old … rooms are very normal… too noisy at night from the club and street during the day … no room service… something strange about the hotel … the staff are talking too much among themselves…the waiters, house mades you can’t have a rest in your room or enjoy a drink… very typical Moroccan atmosphere and everyone wants a tip for doing nothing! I don’t recommend it !”
“Villa Blanca Urban Hotel is a beautiful place with stunning ocean views right on Casablanca’s Corniche. The staff are very professional and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. A wonderful choice to enjoy Casablanca in style.”
